The primary objectives of the National Agency are to attract and promote investment inflow to the national economy, to assist existing and potential exporters in promoting their products to overseas markets, as well as to develop mechanisms for public-private partnership.

The Ministry's main objective is to establish favourable conditions for the expansion of the transportation industry (excluding air transport) for the movement of passengers and goods through road, rail and water transportation. Additionally, their goal is to ensure the safety of roads and promote the evolution of the road transport infrastructure.

The Ministry's objective is to formulate and execute a cohesive national strategy concerning the fuel and energy sector and to ensure energy safety.

The Mayor's Office of Bishkek City serves as the administrative arm of the city's local government, handling all pertinent matters related to state and local self-governance. However, it does not exercise its authority on issues that are specifically within the jurisdiction of other bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic as mandated by law.

The objective of the Association is to facilitate the advancement of swift and energy-efficient building practices in Kyrgyz Republic.
