Pre-registration will save you from having to stand in line at the registration counter and save a lot of time.

Only one ticket can be received per email address.

An electronic ticket is individual and gives the right to attend the event only to its owner.

We welcome your interest in the Medexpo Kyrgyzstan international exhibition. TERMS OF VISITING

2. Admission to the exhibition is FREE! A name badge is required for entry. The badge is issued at the registration desk in the event foyer and is valid for the entire exhibition period. The exhibition is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the first two days, and from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the third day. Visitor admission closes 30 minutes before the exhibition closes.

3. You can obtain a badge upon presentation of a PRINTED or ELECTRONIC TICKET by completing the online registration procedure on the exhibition's official website. You can also complete the registration procedure in the foyer of the event on the day of your visit.

5. Students from specialized universities are allowed on the third day of the exhibition only if accompanied by a teacher, according to the list of students (officially certified by the administration of the relevant university). The list must be agreed upon with the organizer of the exhibition.

6. Persons under the age of eighteen may attend events only if they are accompanied by adults (parents).

7. Transferring visitor badges to third parties is prohibited. (The exhibition organizer reserves the right to verify that the name and surname indicated on the badge match the name of the visitor. To do this, the organizer may request that the visitor present an identity document.)

8. Visitors are not permitted to trade, distribute any advertising or information products, hold presentations, demonstrations, campaigns, or any other similar events or actions on the exhibition grounds without the written consent of the organizer.

9. The exhibition organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

10. If a visitor loses a badge, they should contact the registration desk at the event to have it replaced.
